Social and economic aspect of application of foresight-technologies to development of switchyards

Annotation: The general definitions of foresight and, in particular, micro-foresight are given in the article. The most significant factors influencing idle time of cars at switchyard are outlined, criteria of efficiency of innovations introduction are defined. Using the method of analysis of hierarchies ranging of planned innovations concerning influence on priority criteria of efficiency is carried out. Therefore priorities of planned innovations are defined.
