Annotation: The article deals with the problem of high-speed railroads development in terms of the balanced urban growth in Russia, increase of transport accessibility of the regions, improvement of the quality of transport services for passengers. The article presents the comparative analysis of high-speed rail trains of suburban and intercity communication.
